Sorts a file of lines of wylie text into tibetan dictionary
order. Uses the 'TibetanSyllable' class written by Tashi Tsering at the
University of Virginia. Unzip it and read the Readme.txt file
Converts single byte extended wylie to UCS-2 (two byte Unicode)
which can be processed by MS-Word etc. with the Mokhin or other Tibetan
Unicode fonts. Now suppports 'running text' between two tsheg bars and stacks with '+'
I use this to 'sort' Sanskrit. It takes 'romkrit' (Sanskrit
in Roman transliteration) and converts it to unicode. It also has wysiwyg
processing and sorting for sanskrit.
